To make a complaint, please follow the steps below:

1. Return/complaint form within warranty period

Please call us on 9130042399 , 9890130023  for any issues and next step we will discuss and as per our discussion for replacement next Please fill out the return/complaint form and attach it to the returned product. The form needs to contain the following data: customer's name,   e-mail address, phone number, product ID and description of defect, date of purchase.

2. Product return
When filling a complaint, please send back a complete product, together with a copy of the invoice.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

1. Order Placed & Payment NOT MADE:

You Order shall be automatically Cancelled within 3 days. You will have to place a fresh order.

2. Order cancellation & Refund:

We offer you 96% Refund if you cancel the order before it is dispatched. However we cannot do the same once your goods have been sent from our location.

Returns is a scheme provided by us directly under this policy in terms of which the option of replacement and/ or refund is offered by the us to you. You may request for a replacement within 10 days of delivery/ installation (as applicable). In certain cases where the seller is unable to process a replacement, we will offer a 96% refund to you.Because of Transport , Courier Charges .
We will help you troubleshoot any issues you may have, either through online tools, over the phone, and/or through an in-person technical visit. In the case of tablets, you may also be required to install an application to aid with troubleshooting.

  • Return the laptop in the original condition with the original brand box and all accessories like charger, manual, etc. to avoid pickup cancellation. We will not process a replacement if the pickup is cancelled owing to missing/damaged contents.

Used Laptops

  • Refunds will be issued only if it is determined that the item was not damaged while in your possession, or is not different from what was shipped to you.

Software

10 Days; Replacement/Refund

  • Software products that are labeled as non-returnable on the product detail pages are not eligible for returns.
  • For software-related technical issues or installation issues in items belonging to the Software category, please contact the brand directly.

Office & Stationery Supplies
